Life Transitions, LLC, was started in 2009 and is owned and operated by Carla Dunigan. The company is home grown in Hutchinson Kansas and was created to serve elders and their families who need assistance with aging life and geriatric care planning along with move management services.

Carla holds a Master’s Degree in Business, is a Certified Aging Life Care Manager™, Certified Targeted Case Manager, Licensed Adult Care Home Administrator as well as a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist.

Carla has extensive experience working with and advocating on behalf of the senior client. This training through both work and life experiences form the basis for Life Transitions, LLC.
